StrataCover Network LLC is an independent, specialized Excess & Surplus (E&S) brokerage engineered to navigate hard-market placement constraints. Operating out of Melville, New York, we deliver targeted capacity, contractual risk transfer (CRT) rigor, and rapid market access for complex, high-hazard exposures.

We specialize in structuring paper for risks that standard admitted markets routinely decline—with a core focus on New York Labor Law §§ 240/241, primary and excess construction liability, high-value coastal property, and emerging digital asset exposures.

Leadership

StrataCover Network was founded by Michael H. Jenkins, a licensed New York Property & Casualty and Excess Line broker and former commercial underwriter, who architected the platform's wholesale infrastructure for high-hazard New York placements.
