1. Acceptance of Terms
StrataCover Network operates as a high-speed wholesale execution desk and technology portal. By accessing this site or submitting an account via our portal, retail brokers agree to provide accurate, currently valued underwriting data (including ACORD applications and loss runs).
2. Use of the Platform
Automated scraping, botting, or attempting to bypass our API rate limits or file-size restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Submissions and Broker Conduct
$350 standard commercial; specialty: $3,500 through $150,000 premium, $5,000 above $150,000 through $250,000, $7,500 above $250,000 through $350,000. One execution fee per file, fixed at original quote clearance. No retroactive tier increases for endorsements or payroll audits. Above $350,000: outside portal intake; contact the Principal. E&S minimum premium is $20,000. Senior referrals above $150,000 are outside the core 15-minute clearance queue; carrier acceptance is subject to individual review. Fees are itemized separately and disclosed before binding. Binders and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) will not be released until the execution fee is remitted via our integrated payment rails. Execution fees are fully earned upon bind and are non-refundable. For non-admitted placements, the retail broker is responsible for truthfully inputting required diligent search data (three admitted market declinations). StrataCover Network will execute the ELANY filing based strictly on the data provided by the broker.
4. No Coverage Bound Without Written Confirmation
No coverage is bound, altered, or cancelled until confirmed in writing by StrataCover Network and the applicable carrier.
5. Surplus Lines Notice
Surplus lines coverage is placed with non-admitted insurance carriers. Surplus lines policies are not subject to the regulatory oversight or guaranty fund protections of the New York State Department of Financial Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
StrataCover Network provides access to wholesale markets and automated triage software “as is.” We are not liable for gaps in coverage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submission data provided by the retail broker.
