2. Third-Party Infrastructure & AI Processing
We utilize secure, SOC-2 compliant third-party infrastructure to process your submissions. This includes Supabase for encrypted database hosting, Stripe/Ascend for payment processing, and enterprise LLM APIs for zero-retention document parsing.
3. AI Data Guardrails
When loss runs or ACORD PDFs are processed through our AI document extraction pipeline, the data is used exclusively in-memory to generate your Executive Brief. Your submission data is never used to train external or public AI models.
4. Record Retention
To comply with New York State excess line regulations (ELANY), we maintain digital records of all bound submissions, diligent search forms, and transaction details for the statutorily required period.
